Hours: 36.25 hours per week. This role is based on-site five days per week. We’re open to discussing some flexibility in working hours (or slightly reduced hours) for the right candidate.

 

St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide assistance to the Domestic Bursar and colleagues in the Domestic Bursar’s Office, to underpin the optimal operation of the department.

 

The Domestic Bursar’s Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Domestic Bursar and colleagues in the Domestic Bursar’s Office, to underpin the optimal operation of the department. 

 

The Domestic Bursar is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the College estate, including IT, maintenance, security, food, accommodation, housekeeping, gardens and grounds.  She leads a team of around 150 staff across ten departments.
