St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a reliable and hardworking Handyperson to join our Maintenance team.
You will carry out maintenance and improvement work across St John’s College properties.
The role supports the delivery of an efficient maintenance service that takes account of the age, condition and use of the buildings, and the needs of their occupants.
This role is open to internal candidates only. Applications will be accepted solely from individuals currently employed by St John’s College.
The College offers a competitive benefits package including membership of a defined contributory pension scheme, 36 days’ annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), access to a ‘cash plan’ healthcare scheme currently provided by Simplyhealth, free lunch, free use of an on-site Gym and free parking close to the College site, subject to availability.
